Promoter

You own and run the whole event.

Create your event
On the Events page, click Create event, then name it and set the date. You can copy a past event to reuse its rings and divisions.

Build your divisions
Add divisions by hand, import a CSV, or use the ✨ AI command to bulk-edit them in plain English. Set each division's age, rank, gender, and category.

Open registration
In an event's Settings → Registration, open sign-ups and share your event link. Families register themselves and see only eligible divisions.

Watch the money
The Money tab shows collected vs. outstanding, drills into paid/unpaid, prints reports, exports CSV, and sends one-click payment reminders.

Run the day
Hand ring codes to your staff, open the TV display for spectators, and results post live as divisions finish.
